But most often we don’t take our diet seriously, and we don’t pay attention to the importance of the food from which we get the most energy. So we eat anything and everything, just to satisfy the feeling of hunger. That approach usually causes health issues, extra weight, and mood fluctuations.

So artificial flavors have to be added (grape and fruit sugar, sucrose, palm oil, aspartame, phosphoric acid, sodium benzoate, monosodium glutamate, nitrates, corn syrup, soy lecithin, etc.).


All of these processed products can cause allergies, moodiness, constipation, bloating, gas, fatigue, and more in some people.


That’s why we should avoid them and instead buy and consume foods of natural origin, with as few artificial additives as possible. Organically grown fruits, vegetables, organic milk, freshly squeezed juices, unprocessed sugar, cold pressed oils, butter, and naturally dried meat are the best choices for good health.
