Food as a source of energy is one of the most important elements of human life. Energy is all around us and no matter what we call it, it is within us. Food is the main energy source for human survival and well-being.
We live in a world full of energy, and everything around us is based on it. Energy is everywhere.
Food is essential to our everyday lives and provides us with the energy we need to get through our day-to-day activities. When we have enough energy that flows through our bodies, we feel energetic and happy. Conversely, when the flow of this energy is blocked, we feel lethargic, tired, and moody.

Creating a healing place for the soul is an easy but necessary step in the self-healing process. Because the soul is something most precious, we have. It is ours. It does not belong to anybody else, just to us. We need to nurture it.
The healing place for the soul is where we go when our soul hurts.

Finding yourself again after a traumatic event in Finding yourself again after a traumatic event in life can often be a challenging task. Any kind of trauma can leave a scar on our minds. And our mind might respond accordingly by creating body issues. We can lose or gain weight, we can feel tired and broken, or hyper and restless. These body problems will get back to the mind and possibly result in insomnia, anxiety, or depression. And that is a prime example of a vicious circle. To break that circle, we need a lot of mental strength, which in most cases, in such situations can be a problem too.
