Ingredients:
1 handful of cherries, 1 handful of black grapes,
2-3 small apricots, 1 tbsp of St. John’s wort flowers,
1 tsp of honey, 10 drops of propolis,
2 dl or 8 oz water
Preparation:
Put all the fruit in a juicer and process.
Bring water to a boil, add St. John’s wort flowers,
remove from the stove and leave it for 10 minutes.
When it cools down a bit, discard flowers,
add already squeezed juice, honey, and propolis,
mix everything and drink it in sips.
