1tsp of chamomile flowers, 2 tangerines,
2dl or 8 oz of water, 1 tsp of organic honey.
Put chamomile in boiling water, remove from heat
and put aside for about 10 minutes.
Strain it and add squeezed mandarin juice and honey.
Drink slowly for 1 or 2 hours before bedtime.
Use it until sleep improves.
